Limiting abortions after 15 weeks is the least we can do to protect women, as well as babies who at this stage are already fully formed in their mother’s womb and can feel pain. It is consistent with what we know from science about the harm of late abortion, as well as in line with where Americans stand on the issue. After all, 90% of Americans reject the view that abortion should be legal up until birth. Politicians voting against this bill will stand against science and against the American public. March for Life challenges all elected officials to come together to pass this compassionate bill and is grateful to Senator Graham for introducing it.

March for Life Statement on the Confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court
The March for Life is disappointed by the Senate’s vote today to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to our nation’s highest court. Judge Jackson’s record of judicial activism fails to align with the role of a Supreme Court Justice, which is to interpret the constitution without prejudice and to apply the law in an unbiased manner. Pro-life Americans understand the dangers of judicial activism, and the threats it poses to women and their children, all too well. Despite today’s confirmation, the pro-life movement remains steadfast in working for equal protection for every American – born and unborn.
