March for Life also applauds the people of Nebraska for the successful passage of pro-life Issue 434. Nebraskans have voted to create protections for the unborn in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, to preserve health and safety standards between a woman and her doctor and to safeguard parental rights. Congratulations!

I join in congratulating President Donald J. Trump on his election to be the 47th President of the United States.

I am among the millions of Americans who remain grateful for and inspired by the policies that made the first Trump Administration the most pro-life presidential administration ever. And I’m grateful to have been a part of the White House policy team that contributed to that historically pro-life era.

Now in my new role at March for Life, I look forward to working with President Trump, Vice President elect Vance, and their teams in the coming years to get back to building a culture where unborn life is protected and all pregnant women have the resources and support they need.

Vice President Harris’ loss is a clear rejection of the extreme abortion agenda that she made the centerpiece of her campaign. When 7 in 10 Americans want significant limits on abortion, the Harris/Walz position of abortion at any time—even after a baby can feel pain and survive outside the womb—for any reason, at taxpayers’ expense, simply goes too far. Women, their unborn children, and families across our country deserve compassionate care, support, and resources. This is why we march for life in Washington, DC every January, and in the states. When President Trump assumes office in January, we urge him to swiftly undo the disastrously radical pro-abortion policies of the Biden-Harris Administration and take bold and courageous steps to further protect our country’s most vulnerable.

We are grateful to Governor DeSantis for remaining courageously steadfast in his support for the most vulnerable, including using his resources and platform to effectively combat the onslaught of disinformation from Amendment 4 backers whose massive spending advantage was not enough to get this deceptive and dangerous proposal across the finish line. Gov. DeSantis’s leadership was critical and points to a successful model other states should look to when facing similar challenges. His bold and unapologetic commitment to fighting against Amendment 4 energized, empowered, and inspired Floridians of all walks of life to join the fight against the amendment. Congratulations to the people of Florida, and a special thank you to those who worked tirelessly to educate your neighbors, friends and family about the truth of Amendment 4, pushing back against the deadly disinformation campaign being spread by the abortion industry and its powerful allies.
