For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to March for Life include the Corporation and the Site (or Sites as described in the Terms of Use). Capitalized terms not herein defined shall have the meaning as set forth under the Terms of Use.
The Site is a non-profit website developed pursuant to the charitable purpose of the Corporation. The Site has been created to provide users (sometimes herein referred to as the “user” or “users” or “you” or “your”) with resources such as news, education and current events related to the annual event known as the March for Life® and to the pro-life movement. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement and to the Terms of Use.

i. The March for Life may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or other contact information. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information from time to time through various initiatives and promotions. We will use all reasonable efforts to keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a payment or donation through our Site, you provide your name, contact information, payment information, and additional information related to your transaction. We or a Third Party Service Provider (as described under the Terms of Use) will use this information to process your payment and to ensure your payment is correctly credited to your account. We may also use your contact information, such as your mailing address or email address, to keep you informed of upcoming events or news related to the March for Life (see Section 2 paragraph (ii) below).
ii. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by March for Life. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the the Site, to maintain quality of the Site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.
iii. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through March for Life’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
iv. Linked Sites. March for Life is not responsible for the privacy statements or content on websites outside of the March for Life website.
2. Use of your Personal Information
i. March for Life collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and pursuant to its charitable purpose.
ii. March for Life may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of products, services, events, news, educational resources or other information available from March for Life or our affiliates. March for Life may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current events or of potential new opportunities or initiatives that may be offered.
iii. March for Life may sell, rent, or lease customer information to third parties for the following reasons: To advance the charitable purpose and mission of the March for Life.
iv. March for Life may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to March for Life, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
v. March for Life may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within March for Life, in order to determine what March for Life services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within March for Life to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
