Elizabeth Eller is the Student Body President  at Christendom college and originally from Chesapeake, VA. While at Christendom, she has served as President of Shield of Roses, organizing weekly prayerful protests at abortion clinics. Her passion for the pro-life movement was strengthened over the summer of 2019 when she walked across America with Crossroads pro-life, praying and offering up sacrifices for the unborn. Jeanne Mancini was appointed to the role of President of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund in the fall of 2012. In this capacity, she proudly directs the iconic organization committed to restoring a culture of life in the United States, most notably through the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C., held around the anniversary of Roe v. Wade and through the growing State March for Life program.

In her role as President of the March for Life Jeanne’s responsibilities include frequently speaking to students, pro-life groups, churches, pregnancy care centers and other groups nationally and internationally. She serves as a consultant to the U.S. Catholic Conference of Bishops Pro-Life Committee. She has testified before the U.S. Congress and regularly consults, meets with and presents to state and federal elected officials, including at the White House and Department of Justice.

Previously Jeanne worked with the Family Research Council (FRC), where she focused on issues related to the inherent dignity of the human person, including abortion, women’s health, and end-of-life issues. Prior to FRC Jeanne worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Secretary. Jeanne holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from James Madison University and a Master’s degree in the theology of marriage and family from the Pope John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. Jeanne resides in northern Virginia with her husband, David.
