Theme of 2016 March for Life to be Announced at Capitol Briefing |
|
Washington, D.C. — Is it really true that to be pro-woman you need to be pro-choice? Quite the opposite, says the March for Life Education and Defense Fund. On November 4th, the March for Life will host a Capitol Hill briefing addressing this issue and announcing the 2016 March for Life theme. The briefing will feature women heading up organizations that provide a variety of wonderful services for women and their babies.
The briefing will be held at the Capitol Visitor Center’s Congressional Auditorium and Atrium on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 12:30 PM ET and lunch will be served. RSVPs are required. Speakers at the event will include:
Who: March for Life Education and Defense Fund What: “Pro-Life and Pro-Woman Go Hand in Hand” – March for Life 2016 Theme Briefing Where: Capitol Visitor Center’s Congressional Auditorium and Atrium When: Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 12:30 PM ET The March for Life in Washington, D.C., began as a small demonstration on January 22, 1974, the first anniversary of the now-infamous Supreme Court decisions in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton and rapidly grew to be the largest pro-life event in the world. The peaceful demonstration that has followed on this somber anniversary every year since is a witness to the truth concerning the greatest human rights violation of our time, abortion.
