Mackenzie joined the March for Life in December 2019 as a Grassroots Project Manager, and is excited to contribute to the organization that she remembers fondly in some of her earliest childhood memories.

She graduated in 2017 from Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus with a degree in Communications. During her 3+ years living in Spain, she was heavily invested in leading with her campus ministry team and volunteering with the homeless in Madrid. She lived with a host family in order to become fluent in the language, and loved every second of her time traveling abroad.

Mackenzie worked in Marketing for 2 and a half years at Atlantis, but ultimately realized she wanted to direct her professional efforts towards impacting the pro-life movement. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new Spanish cities, engaging in lively theological and political debate, and watching her 14 (and counting) nieces and nephews grow up.

Andrea DeLee joined March for Life in June of 2018 as Director of Operations and serves as leader of the daily activities of the organization.

Passionate about understanding the human person and building a culture of life, Andrea studied at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family at Catholic University earning a Masters in Theological Studies. Prior to her graduate studies, Andrea earned a B.A. in Medical Humanities writing her senior thesis on the impact of viewing ultrasound images in the abortion decision making process.

After graduate school, while teaching at Saint Jerome Academy, Andrea completed certifications in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and a Montessori Diploma. After a few years in the classroom, Andrea served as Director of the Montessori Department.

Presently, Andrea lives in Arlington, Virginia and reads the classics, watches good films, and attends plays whenever time permits. Andrea also enjoys being outdoors, singing, playing piano, and traveling.

Sister Bethany Madonna entered the Sisters of Life in 2007. While attending the University of Central Florida, she had a profound encounter with the Lord, which drew her heart toward the vulnerable unborn and their mothers. After her graduation in 2006, she worked for the Respect Life Office for the Diocese of Orlando before joining her religious community. She made her final vows in 2015 and currently lives at the community’s Motherhouse, serving as the Vocation Director. She loves sharing the message of life and love.

Dr. Bill Hogan began his medical career as an OBGYN in the 1960s, placing the loving care for expectant mothers and babies at the heart of everything he did, both inside and out of his practice. From serving women with crisis pregnancies in his medical practice to defending the Human Life Amendment before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dr. Hogan has fully exemplified the spirit of the pro-life movement. For this reason, the March for Life is honored to present Dr. William Hogan with the inaugural Pro-Life Legacy Award.

Charlotte Pence is the  New York Times best-selling author of  Marlon Bundo’s  A Day in the Life of the Vice President  and, most recently,  Marlon Bundo’s A Day in the Nation’s Capital. Her first solo book,  Where You Go: Life Lessons from My Father (Center Street) was released in October 2018 and reveals lessons her father, Vice President Mike Pence, has taught her. Through favorite memories from childhood and vivid moments captured on the campaign trail, like the times she helped her dad prepare for debates, Charlotte offers a compelling story of love, hope, and how to overcome adversity.
She is a current contributor to  Lightworkers.com  and her work has been published in  The Washington Times,  Glamour  magazine and featured in  US Weekly, among other major media outlets. A graduate of DePaul University with a BA in Digital Cinema Screenwriting and English, Charlotte contributed writing and production skills to the Emmy  Award-winning  documentary  Fleeced  (WFYI Productions). Charlotte currently attends Harvard Divinity School where she is a candidate for a Masters in Theological Studies, with an emphasis on religious themes in literature and culture.

Angelica is a 4.1 GPA senior at Claudia Taylor Johnson High School in San Antonio Texas and a member of the prestigious Voelker Biomedical Academy with dreams of becoming a doctor in the field of pediatric oncology. She is the founder of her very own 501c, ‘THE HAPPILY EVER AFTER FOUNDATION,’ where she in the past year has raised over $42,000 for Pediatric Cancer and pediatric patients. In 2018, Angelica Park was crowned Miss San Antonio’s Outstanding Teen, where she was awarded over $9,000 in scholarships. She has performed and worked with numerous nonprofit organizations, such as The American Cancer Society, Eva Longoria’s ‘Eva’s Hero’s’, The Special Olympics, The Make A Wish Foundation, The American Heart Association, and The Children’s Miracle Network, to name a few. Most recently, the World Series Champion Houston Astros, asked this 17-year-old to sing the National Anthem, further confirming her dedication to celebrate America. Miss Park is a devout conservative and prolife Christian with a deep love for God, family, children and President Trump. Her greatest honor will be January 23rd and 24th, when she will stand before her fellow teens at the March for Life Youth Rally and speak of her passion for life and the strength of women in America today. She will proudly perform our National Anthem for thousands of prolife believers at our MARCH FOR LIFE in Washington D.C. 2020, where she, along with her peers will proclaim that they are the pro-life generation.

Caleb Nei is a pianist from Winchester who can be found somewhere in Northern Virginia playing jazz on most weekends. He loves playing solo piano and in small combo situations. He finds great joy in making a moment memorable in a way only live music can. He has a music degree from Huntington University in Indiana and has studied jazz at Shenandoah University. He’s the graphic designer for the Sono Luminus record label and is the Worship Arts Director at Emmaus Church in Berryville. If all this isn’t enough, he’s married with three kids!  

Jeanne Mancini was appointed to the role of President of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund in the fall of 2012. In this capacity she proudly directs the small non-profit organization committed to restoring a culture of life in the United States, most notably through the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C., held on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

Previously Jeanne worked with the Family Research Council (FRC), where she focused on issues related to the inherent dignity of the human person, including abortion, women’s health, and end-of-life issues. Prior to FRC Jeanne worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Secretary. Her federal government experience includes global health policy, as well as domestic and international health care issues. Before working in public policy, Jeanne worked for the Catholic Church in a variety of positions involving educating on life issues, human sexuality, marriage, and family.

Jeanne has made frequent media appearances including interviews on MSNBC, CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS, and others. Jeanne’s writings have appeared in The New York Times, U.S. News and World Report, USA Today, the Washington Post and numerous others publications.

Jeanne holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from James Madison University and a Master’s degree in the theology of marriage and family from the Pope John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. Jeanne resides in northern Virginia with her husband, David.

As Vice President of Government Affairs, Tom McClusky represents the organization before Congress and state legislatures on a variety of issues surrounding the life issue.

Tom has a long history of both local and national campaign experience.  After stints with the Republican National Committee and with the multi-billion dollar Coastal Corporation in its Washington, D.C. office, he became Senior Policy Analyst for National Taxpayers Union and National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTU/NTUF) where he was responsible for the formulation of policy analyses, reports, and editorials for NTU and NTUF on numerous topics.

Just prior to joining the March for Life staff Mr. McClusky was Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the Family Research Council (FRC) and FRC Action, the legislative arm of FRC.  In that role he lobbied Congress and state legislatures on issues related to life, marriage and religious liberty.

He has appeared on many radio and television talk shows, and his works have appeared in numerous publications however his proudest media claim to fame is Keith Olbermann once named him the “Worst Person in the World” for work he did related to the Terri Schiavo case.

Bethany Peck joined the March for Life Education and Defense Fund in 2013 as the Assistant Director, overseeing the March for Life’s digital strategy, social media, and Evangelical outreach. She currently serves as the Director of Grassroots and Digital Strategy.

Prior to working full-time in the pro-life movement, Bethany spent five and half years working in the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH). On Capitol Hill, Bethany covered life, marriage, religious liberty, and education issues, in addition to telecommunications, media, cybersecurity, and Internet policy.

Bethany is a graduate of Grove City College in western Pennsylvania with a dual degree in history and political science. Bethany is active in volunteering at her church and local pregnancy center, and she serves on the Advisory Board for Speak for the Unborn, a ministry of the local church that seeks to make abortion impossible through both godly and legal means.

Mary Lembke joined the March for Life in July 2013 as the Meeting and Event Manager. She is a Certified Meetings Professional with more than a decade of experience in the Hospitality Industry. She currently serves as the Director of Meetings and Events.

During her time spent at Federal Conference, she managed the planning and execution of the Department of the Navy’s Returning Warrior Workshops including site selection, contract negotiation, budget management, creative aspects, registration, rooming list management, food and beverage, entertainment bookings, vendor arrangements and tradeshow set up.  In her role at Meals On Wheels Association of America, as Director of Development and then as Director of Meetings and Special Events, she was responsible for a wide variety of events, including national and regional conferences, large scale meetings, donor development fundraisers and Capitol Hill events.

Mary attended Belmont Abbey College.  She holds the designation of Certified Meeting Professional and is a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Meetings Professional International (MPI) and Christian Meetings & Conventions Association (CMCA).  Mary lives in Manassas with her husband, Curt and four children. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family, while keeping a committed daily walk in her faith.

Katrina Gallic joined the March for Life in May 2018 as Special Assistant for Communications and now serves as Director of Development.

Katrina’s first memory of the March for Life is from the seat of a stroller as a little kid being pushed up Constitution Avenue by her mom. She graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. While at the University of Mary, she was highly involved in student organizations, including FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students), and was employed by the university’s Department of Public Affairs as a Social Media Associate. The University of Mary was chosen to carry the March for Life banner in 2017. That year, Katrina had the honor of speaking on behalf of the University of Mary at the March for Life Rally just minutes after Vice President Mike Pence.

When Katrina is not working, she can be found in the boxing gym, reading G.K. Chesterton, or exploring Washington DC in search of her next adventure.

Margaret spent most of her adolescence living abroad and traveling extensively in Europe and Asia.  The blessings of her itinerant lifestyle proved fruitful in her education at Thomas Aquinas College by instilling a love for the perennial truths which unite all cultures. Following her graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts she began working in DC as an intern for Saffron Ventures before transitioning to work at the March for Life.  Most of her free time is spent swing dancing, reading Tolstoy, and challenging herself with Cooks Illustrated.

Ann Clare joined the March for Life in June 2019 as the Social Media Manager, overseeing the March for Life’s digital content and campaigns.

She graduated from the University of Viginia in 2018 with a Bacholor’s in Systems Engineering. While at UVA, Ann Clare was deeply involved with the pro-life club, Hoos for Life, serving as treasurer and president. Some of her favorite memories from college include waking up at 6:00 A.M. every Friday to go pray in front of the Charlottesville Planned Parenthood.

After graduation, Ann Clare worked on digital campaigns for a business analytics company before coming to work for the March for Life. She is excited to now work for the organization that orginally sparked her passion for the pro-life movement.

Allie Stuckey is the host of the podcast, “Relatable,” where she breaks down the latest in culture, news and politics from a Christian, conservative perspective. She is a frequent guest on Fox News, writer and the author of a book to be released in the spring of 2020. In 2015, Allie began speaking to college sororities about the importance of voting. What started out as a hobby soon turned into a full-time career, with her blog “The Conservative Millennial” launching her into the political media sphere. Today, in addition to podcasting, writing, and making the occasional satirical video, Allie speaks to colleges and organizations about the importance of conservative values.

Christina Bennett has been active in the pro-life movement for fifteen years. After graduating college with a degree in Communications she followed God’s call to Washington D.C. to serve as a pro-life prayer missionary at the Justice House of Prayer and Bound4Life. After three years in D.C., she moved to Atlanta in 2008 to continue her work as a prayer missionary at the International House of Prayer Atlanta. Her writing has been featured in Live Action News, Life News, Charisma, LifeSite News among other publications. Christina is a member of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition. She served four years as a Client Services Manager at ABC Women’s Center, a CT pregnancy center. She currently serves as the Communications Director for the Family Institute of Connecticut. She is a devoted wife, mother and a licensed Christian minister.

Phil King is a songwriter and worship leader born and raised in a small town in California’s Central Valley. He is currently based at Gateway Church in the Dallas Fort-Worth area as a songwriter in resident and worship leader. Phil has worked along side many notable acts such as Michael W Smith, Lauren Daigle and Leeland and he has performed in front of a Presidential family as well as many other government leaders. His recent song “Not Forgotten” which was written in response to the abortion laws passed in the State of New York in January of 2019 has had a major impact on the Pro Life movement after it was featured on Fox News and many other news media outlets. It has been performed in many places including Times Square at the Alive from New York rally in May of 2019. His latest project, a live worship recording in conjunction with Gateway Church is set to release in February of 2020. Phil is a strong believer that the arts, especially when it involves the lifting up of Jesus, has the power and ability to impact culture, shift government and heal society.

Bryan Kemper is the founder of Rock for Life, Stand True and the Pro-life Day of Silent Solidarity, and is currently the Youth Outreach Director for Priests for Life.

Bryan has spent years reaching out to youth and encouraging this generation to get involved, and now he has endeavored to continue that outreach with Stand True Ministries. Stand True is an organization that believes the only way to stop abortion is to call out to Jesus and share His love with the nation. It is an organization that asks of young people, “Will you stand?” Bryan has certainly chosen to, and he can only hope and pray that others will too.

The Restless are on a mission to share the love and hope of the Gospel. Hailing from Virginia, the band’s high-energy pop/rock music seeks truth, beauty, and goodness, encouraging the faithful to draw closer to Christ while reaching out to those who feel distant from God. Their sophomore album The Revolution is Love, released in 2019, explores joy amidst pain, tough conversations with friends, and rising above the cultural mold, infused with an underlying theme of hope.

Pursuing her passion for life, intercultural communication, and people, Claire joined the March for Life in December 2019. Attending the March for Life throughout high school and college, as well as involvement in campus student ministry, helped grow her enthusiasm for supporting a consistent life ethic and respecting life from start to end.

After earning a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in French from Furman University in 2018, Claire pursued a Fulbright Grant to Taiwan where she taught English in a rural elementary school.

Claire is excited by the opportunity for adventure and is a lover of all things outdoors. Most of her free time is spent with friends, playing guitar, going for long walks, or listening to podcasts.

Claire Culwell is a twin abortion survivor. Claire met her birth mother in 2009 who told her about her abortion survival and her twin. Claire was adopted into a loving family and says that finding out she survived an abortion that was meant to take her life never changed who she knew she was: wanted, chosen and loved. Claire shares a hopeful message of forgiveness, redemption and truth, exposing the humanity of the unborn baby and how abortion hurts women. She is an internationally known pro-life speaker and soon-to-be author. She has been featured on Fox News, Focus On The Family, and many other media outlets. Claire lives in Austin, TX with her family.

Jim Daly is an author and broadcaster, president of Focus on the Family and host of its daily radio broadcast, which is heard by more than 6.6 million listeners a week and has been honored as Program of the Year by the National Religious Broadcasters.

Under his leadership, the ministry has reinvigorated its traditional focus on helping couples build strong marriages and raise healthy, resilient kids. Family, faith and helping others are the core values that Louisiana First Lady Donna Hutto Edwards uses to guide her life. She and Gov. Senator Katrina R. Jackson, was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. She has beenblessed to work in various areas that offer service to the community and Kingdom ofGod. Senator Jackson is the represents Senate District 34 and is a defender ofLife from the“womb to the tomb”. She believes that the protection of life at every stage is important.She was elected to the legislature in 2011 to represent the constituents of House District16 which covers parts of Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes. After 2 terms in the House,she ran unopposed I 2019 for Senate District 34. Prior to being elected, Senator Jackson received a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law andLegal Studies fromthe University of Louisiana at Monroe, and a Juris Doctor degree in2004, from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge.She advocates for Life and in January 2019, was blessed to speak at the National Right toLife March. She advocates around the state of Louisiana and the Country for Life. She is also a practicing attorney and owner of her own law firm, the Law Firm of KatrinaR Jackson.

Elisa Martinez is the founder and Executive Director of New Mexico Alliance for Life,
whose mission is to advocate for better and informed choices for women facing
unplanned or difficult pregnancies. She has been involved in all aspects of the pro-life
movement for over 15 years, serving as former director of the Gabriel Project, a
pregnancy resource center in Albuquerque, and as the co-founder of Sidewalk Advocates
for Life of Albuquerque.
Elisa currently serves as a pro-life advocate, policy analyst and spokesperson. She took
on New Mexico’s pro-abortion Governor and Democrat-controlled legislature by
spearheading a bipartisan statewide coalition that defeated abortion up-to-birth and
infanticide legislation in 2019.
Her organization worked closely with the U.S. Congressional Select Panel on Infant
Lives, in identifying violations of both federal and state laws in the harvesting of infant
body parts for experimentation, which resulted in two criminal referrals.
Elisa is a native New Mexican and she looks forward to the day when New Mexico
ceases to be the late-term abortion capital of the nation, and is instead a pro-life example
for America.

Steve Scalise proudly represents the First Congressional District of Louisiana, stretching from the beautiful Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain and the culturally distinct New Orleans suburbs to the vibrant bayous and wetlands abundant in natural resources. He was elected to Congress in 2008 after serving in the Louisiana State Legislature from 1996-2008. He serves his colleagues as the House Republican Whip, the second highest position in House Republican leadership.
Scalise is a strong leader who upholds the Constitution, advocating for the principles of fiscal discipline, lower taxes, a robust national defense, and conservative values.
From the House repeal of Obamacare, to the reauthorization of the National Flood Insurance Program, to the largest pay increase for our troops in nearly a decade, to the historic passage and enactment of the historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act – Scalise is focused on issues that affect Americans the most.
Scalise knows the importance of energy development to Louisiana, and the necessity to achieve American energy dominance. As a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Scalise fights to enact a national energy strategy that increases the supply of American energy through enhanced production and technological innovation to lower prices at the pump and reduce our dependence on Middle Eastern oil.
Scalise is effective at working with Republican and Democrat colleagues to pass legislation on issues important to Louisiana. A steadfast defender of Louisiana’s coast, Scalise led the effort in the House to pass the RESTORE Act, which was signed into law in July 2012. The RESTORE Act dedicated the vast majority of Clean Water Act fines from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill to coastal restoration. Critically wounded at a Congressional baseball practice on June 14, 2017, Scalise was saved by a heroic response from U.S. Capitol Police Special Agents and Alexandria Police Officers. Scalise fought for his life and returned to Congress, inspiring the nation with his resilience and optimism. Throughout his recovery, he was moved by the outpouring of prayers and support he and his family received from the American people.
A native of Jefferson Parish, Scalise graduated from Archbishop Rummel High School and Louisiana State University, where he earned a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Political Science. Scalise and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, Madison and Harrison.

Melissa is the survivor of a failed saline infusion abortion in 1977, With a Master’s Degree in Social Work, she has worked in the fields of substance abuse, mental health, domestic violence and sexual assault counseling, and child welfare.
Melissa was formerly a College Outreach Speaker with Feminists for Life and is the former Patron of Real Choices Australia. She has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, and the Australian Parliament.
Melissa is a regular guest on television and radio programs. She is the author of You Carried Me, A Daughter’s Memoir, which chronicles her reconciliation with her birthmother.
In 2012, Melissa founded The Abortion Survivors Network (ASN). Since ASN’s inception, Melissa has been in contact with over 300 survivors.
Melissa and her husband, Ryan, live in Kansas City, Missouri, with their two daughters, Ava and Olivia.

Elected in 1980, U.S. Rep. Chris Smith (R-Hamilton, N.J.) is currently in his 19th two-year term in the U.S. House of Representatives and serves residents of the Fourth Congressional District of New Jersey. In the 115th Congress, Mr. Smith, 64, serves as a senior member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, and is Chairman of its Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights and International Organization Subcommittee. He is Co-Chairman and the highest-ranking House member of both bipartisan House/Senate Commission on the Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), and the bipartisan House/Senate/White House Congressional-Executive Commission on Chine. He also served as “Special Representative” on Human Trafficking for the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Previously, he served as Chairman on the Veterans Committee (two terms) and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs’ Subcommittee on Human Right and International Operations and the Subcommittee on Africa.

Originally from Ireland, We Are Messengers saw their career explode with the release of their self-titled debut album in 2016. The album earned them their first Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year and included the Top 5 hits “Everything Comes Alive,” “Magnify” and “Point to You.” In early 2019 the band released the billboard top 10 Honest EP featuring the #1 single “Maybe It’s Ok.” and the current Top 10 single “Power”. This has been a remarkable year with the band winning a K-Love Award for Breakout Single of the Year, completing an arena tour with Toby Mac, bringing their legendary live show to festivals across North America and headlining sold out shows all across the USA and Europe. The sophomore offering from We Are Messengers is scheduled for a January 2020 release.

Catalina Scheider Galiñanes is a young Catholic teen with a passion for the pro-life movement. She is 16 years old and is a junior at Oakcrest School in Vienna, Virginia.  She has lived in the Washington, D.C. area her entire life with her parents and older brother.  Living in the nation’s capital has made it so that politics and government have had an important role in her childhood and adolescence.  An exceptional student who enjoys learning, Catalina’s leadership skills extend to many facets of school life. She currently serves as the President of the Oakcrest School Respect Life club, and she organizes and leads a service program for the homeless and the needy.   She is an active member of the Oakcrest School Concert Chorus and Liturgical Choir, serves as an editor of the Oakcrest literary magazine, enjoys performing Shakespeare monologues, writing and reading poetry, and has been playing piano for eleven years.  She is honored to speak at the March for Life and defend the unborn!

David Platt is pastor of McLean Bible Church in Washington, D.C. and the founder of Radical (radical.net). He holds a Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has previously served as the president of the International Mission Board.
