2017 Exhibitor Registration
The March for Life Conference & Expo is open to the public and there is no charge to attend. The Expo is an opportunity for March for Life conference attendees to connect with pro-life organizations and ministries AND for pro-life organizations to share information about their organization and network with attendees of the March for Life and related events.
The Expo will be held all day on Thursday and Friday, January 26 and 27, 2017 in the Renaissance Ballroom at the Renaissance DC Downtown Hotel.
Registration is $750 per booth.
The Show will be held in the Renaissance Ballroom at the Renaissance Downtown DC Hotel, 999 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001.
EXPO SHOW TIMES
- 9:00 AM — 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 26, 2016;
- 8:00 AM — 10:30 AM on Friday, January 27, 2016;
- 4:00 PM — 7:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2016.
REGISTRATION AND SET-UP
- 3:00 PM — 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN
- After 7:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2017.
Booth selections are pre-assigned by the March for Life Education and Defense Fund based on a first-come, first-serve registration process. Exhibitor packets will be available in November and booth assignments will be provided in January.
Please Note: Booth space inside the ballroom is sold out. Remaining booth space will be located in the pre-function area, outside of the ballroom.
All applications for booth space are subject to approval by the March for Life Education and Defense Fund. Exhibitors may not advertise or promote public events conducted during the Convention that are not sponsored by March for Life Education & Defense Fund Education and Defense Fund. The March for Life Education & Defense Fund reserves the right to deny booth space or to curtail or close exhibits when in the opinion of the March for Life Education & Defense Fund it is appropriate (Specific terms and conditions are listed on registration form).
